The ARway Developer Plan includes 200 views per month, a limit designed to accommodate the needs of individual developers and small teams. Here’s what happens if you reach this limit:

• Map Access for Visitors: Once the 200 view limit is reached within a month, any additional visitors or end-users attempting to access your AR maps will be unable to do so. This means that the interactive AR content you’ve created will not be available to new users until the next billing cycle begins or until you upgrade your plan.
• Notification of Limit Exceeded: As the Creator, you will receive an email notification informing you that you have reached your view limit. This notification serves as an alert to manage your plan usage and consider upgrading if necessary.
• Restricted Access in ARway App: After reaching the view limit, you will also be unable to Preview or Edit your maps through the ARway app. This restriction is in place to prevent additional views from being counted towards your monthly limit.
• Continued Access on Creator Portal: Despite these restrictions in the ARway app, you will still retain full access to your maps on the ARway Creator Portal. Here, you can continue to edit your content, make necessary adjustments, or prepare new experiences. However, these changes will only be visible to end-users once the view limit is reset or your plan is upgraded.
• Options After Reaching Limit: If your AR experiences require more views than the allotted 100 per month, you have a couple of options:
  • Wait for Reset: You can wait for the monthly reset when your view count goes back to zero as per your billing cycle.
  • Plan Upgrade: If your needs exceed the Developer Plan limits regularly, it might be beneficial to consider upgrading to a higher-tier plan, such as the Partner or Corporate plan, which offer more views and additional features.

• Managing Your Usage: To avoid reaching your limit unexpectedly, it’s recommended to monitor your views through the month. You can track your usage via the ARway Creator Portal, helping you to manage your content and audience engagement effectively.
